Laptop Verizon Wireless Internet Card

QUESTION about my VERIZON Wireless laptop card….?

I have a Verizon Wireless laptop card which costs me $59.99 per month and I thought in that amount I can surf the internet UNLIMITED.

Verizon is a bunch of ignorant bait and switch shyster, carny operators. Speak to CS there three times, get three stories about ‘what you bought’ ‘what you’ll pay’ and “this isn’t our fault….no one could have told you different”. but you will get three stories AT LEAST. this happened to us and it changes every time we call to get help on that pos Motorola Q. Did your signing this agreement subsidise your ‘card’ (often $100-$300 purchase, waived with a contract? Don’t let them do this, they’ll own your kids kidneys). GO TO VERIZON. TELL THEM WHAT YOU Thought you were getting unlimited for 59.99 and find out now, after the deal, you’re not. You were mislead and do not by law need to follow through on an agreement you were misdirected into. Don’t call, they’re useless and on their own ‘page’ often fueled ‘ego’…GO to Verizon…a retail outlet type store….if they cannot agree with you to give you what you expected nor if they can back it up for you in writing, at that time, notify them you are not going to follow the ‘new rules’. Fire them! Be prepared to return any premium cards or phones (they’ll need to somehow cash you out for surrendered mdse, if they choose to let you do this), keep your cool, then walk and find a cellphone mecca that will give you a unlimited card deal for 60 bucks…it’s all it’s really worth…and they know it. You catch more flies with sugar so don’t loose your cool…but don’t give in….Verizon is Lecherous at this and do it all the time. Don’t let it happen again.
