Laptop Overheats Too Fast

I need a powerful gaming computer. Can you help me?

I’m a hardcore console gamer, but I’m looking into PC gaming. My current laptop is too slow, it overheats, and it’s not powerful enough to even run basic games. I have a moderately fast internet connection (AT&T U-Verse), but I just need a more powerful computer. I’ve looked at Alienware computers, and I like the performance. The aesthetics are nice, but they are pretty expensive. I’m looking for something low budget that gets the job done performance wise. I want a computer that I can play games like Just Cause 2, Grand Theft Auto IV, Crysis 2, or Battlefield 3(Coming soon) with the max settings for video and audio. Can you help me? I think I prefer laptops to desktops, but if you suggest a laptop, please don’t tell me about one that overheats a lot.

You are looking for one of the highest end alienware laptops. With this kind of system though, you are subject to extreme surcharges on the actual value of the computer (+$400). You should look into building your own desktop. You should look into all the hardware, but to get you started you want one of the more popular 4 core intel core i5′s or i7′s. You want either a AMD 6970, 5970, or 5870 or GTX 570 or 580 GPU. A great place to start is watching youtube videos. Newegg is a great online parts retailer, you may want to purchase your parts here.
