Computer Y U No Work
PLEASE if you can, please please help…?
okay heres the question.
while i was finishing up mu long report that ive been working on FOREVER, mr computer froze. i restarted my computer and when i tried to open up my file, it just doesnt work. i can’t open it.
i saved the file like every 5 seconds, and the program i used was microsoft works word processor.
whenever i open up works word processor it works, but when i try opening that specific file it just doesnt work.
no messages pop up or anything.
tried e-mailing it to my friend as an attachment, she couldnt open it either.
WHAT CAN I DO?!
i’m freaking out.
this paper is so important, i really need it
but i can’t even open it!!!
if you’re experienced with this problem or have an idea to fix it, i’d love ANY ideas no matter how stupid and general nor how specific and long it might be…….. anything will help me

See if MAYBE this works. If you have a computer with Windows go to
Start / Programs / Accessories / System Restore
If you have this, set it to about an hour or two before you computer froze, and see if it works. What it does is it restores your computer to the exact condition it was in before it froze up, including documents and files. I hope this helped, and I am sorry about your incident.
