Does it matter what Y cable i use?

I am currently on thinking of adding 2 sub woofers to my computer set and i wanted to know if their is a specific Y cable for the sub jack to the computer? Or i can use any Y cable to connect the 2 sub woofers into the sub woofer jack?

You can use any Y cable, however, it may result in each subwoofer getting slightly less signal than it would if it were alone. That shouldn’t be a problem since most subwoofers have a gain control.
