How do I remove this computer worm?

The other day I got a computer worm called: worm.parite, it seems to stay in D:userLocal SettingsTemp. but I delete everything and malwarebytes still picks it up. And when ever I open a program Malwarebytes shows up telling me were the worm is and its in the temp folder again. How would I remove it?

You must use Malwarebytes to delete it. Make sure the updates for Malwarebytes is up to date. You may have to run it in Safe Mode after you update it. If this continues to not catch it and get rid of it Google DRWEBCUREIT. Download the free antivirus and run it. Its not an installed product but a stand alone 8MB or so file with virus definitions in it. Do NOT rely on Spybot S&D to get all this stuff out.. its good.. but there are alot of bad things it cant touch but will (like Malwarebytes) continue to report and report.
