Computer Lcd Projector
Computer going black when plugging in to projector via RGB. Any ideas of settings for me to change?
Im fixing a laptop running vista and need help.
When plugged in projector says no signal and laptop LCD goes black.
Tried rebooting pc and projector, unplugging and replugging and the projector works on other PCs!!!
On your laptop keyboard locate the key that shows a symbol of a monitor. Usually this will be an off-set colored icon on the top of the key, in white or orange or blue. Then, hold down the Function key and press the key that shows the monitor icon.
All laptops have this key. Is what it does is toggles between the laptop LCD/LED screen and what ever external monitor you have the laptop plugged into.
You may also need to double check your video display settings (from the Control Panel) and make adjustments to your Monitor.
