Is there any program for reminders?
I work from home in my home office and I’m at my computer 85% of the day. I’m also on several medications that must be taken at certain times of the day which is hard to keep up with. I was wondering if anyone knows of any kind of program I can download to my computer which will make a noise or do something to alert me when it’s time to take my meds? thanks….
